CURRENT PROJECTS:
My primary area of
research
examines how social inequalities (race, gender, class) are created and
maintained within organizations. More specifically, I am interested in
understanding and highlighting the internal status processes,
organizational
structures and practices, and external pressures on organizations that
bring
about equal opportunity progress.
