CURRENT PROJECTS:  My primary area of research examines how social inequalities (race, gender, class) are created and maintained within organizations. More specifically, I am interested in understanding and highlighting the internal status processes, organizational structures and practices, and external pressures on organizations that bring about equal opportunity progress.
