CURRENT PROJECTS:

For some time I have been working with Jim Hawdon on the link between dimensions of community solidarity, crime, and violence. I am also working on projects having to do with the acquisition of musical taste (with Mike Hughes and Jill Harrison-Rexrode), the effects of taste on social networks, and taste across the life course (both with Jill Harrison-Rexrode). Finally, I have a long-term interest in the digital transformation of culture industries, with a particular focus on copyright law.
